About Me

I am a normal Vietnamese person with good health. However, one day, in the middle of the night, my neighbor suddenly knocked on the door and asked me to take her to the hospital because she was having an allergic reaction to medicine. Although her condition was not too serious, she fell into a coma and I was forced to stay in the hospital as her guardian. Everything turned positive the next day and she was discharged. However, after this incident, I really felt that health is something to be treasured. Especially when I was living alone, without any acquaintances in a strange city. Of course, as I said, I was in very good health. But the lonely life in the city, without friends, acquaintances, and the hustle and bustle of work gradually killed me. I became heavily addicted to social media and lived a closed life. I was diagnosed with mild PTSD and am in the process of recovery. That’s why I created Chilling Factor to help people like me disconnect from social media, from smartphones, things that are slowly killing us unconsciously, to connect with ourselves, with everyday life.
